Get paid on the hire
When the placement is confirmed, you are paid. No invoices chased for ninety days.
You keep 80%
The company sets the fee for each role: 18% of the new employee's gross annual salary, with a minimum of €4,000. You keep 80% of it and RecruitRadar keeps 20% for bringing you the role, running the pipeline and handling the payment.
A consultant inside an agency earns a commission on that fee. Here you keep the fee itself.
